Green Lane, Dartmoor National Park
1. If you have a head for heights, stand on top of Haytor Rocks which is Dartmoor's most famous tor.
2. Learn about the local area at the Haytor National Park Visitor Centre.
3. Walk the Templer Way.
4. Explore the East Dartmoor National Nature Reserve and Lustleigh Cleave.
5. Visit local family attractions. Try the House of Marbles and Teign Valley Glass, Parke Estate, Becky Falls, Canonteign Falls and The Miniature Pony Centre.
6. Head over to Widecombe-in-the-Moor. From there, push on towards Postbridge and Princetown in the heart of Dartmoor National Park.
7. Take in the massive views from The Ten Commandments Stones.
8. Enjoy some of the activities on offer on Dartmoor. Go horse riding, climbing, bouldering and mountain biking.
9. Leave the moors and spend a few days discovering The English Riviera and South Devon.
10. Day trip to Exeter and Plymouth.
