Lustleigh May Day Fair, Lustleigh, Dartmoor National Park
Many traditional events take place on Dartmoor. There's wassailing in January and country shows in high summer. Another traditional event is the May Day celebration. The beautiful village Lustleigh has one of the best.
You'll see dancing around the maypole, the crowning of the May Queen and Morris dancing. It's a great local event to visit if you're on holiday in Dartmoor at this time of year.
