Chagford Show, Chagford, Dartmoor National Park
The River Teign flows from Chagford to Mill End Hotel and then onto the National Trust's Castle Drogo and the mouth of the Teign Gorge. Between hotel and gorge is a large, flat grassy area that's the location of Chagford Show. The setting is superb. The show is a major Westcountry event during the summer months. We visit every year and it's great fun. Refer to their website for further information.
