Dartmoor Way Walking Route, Dartmoor, Dartmoor National Park

The Dartmoor Way's one of Devon's long distance footpaths. About 90m/140km in length, it's a circular walk that takes in many of the National Park's major towns.

If you look at a summary map of Dartmoor, the footpath runs around the outskirts of the west and north and east of the Park. It cuts across the Heart of Dartmoor, and Princetown, to form the circular walk.

Major towns on, or near, its way include Okehampton, Chagford, Moretonhampstead, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Princetown and Tavistock.
